We went to Plan B for the Farm to Table workshop. First we got a tour of the farm and gardens from Pim, which was super interesting. Then we learned more about the stingless bees and their honey! After that we enjoyed an amazing 3 course vegetarian lunch and got introduced to some fermentation methods. Everything was really interesting and Pim and Anne were super friendly and kind. Thanks for everything!!

An amazing experience in Minca, can’t recommend enough. Pim and Anne were beautiful hosts and it was so interesting learning about the permaculture farm and history, organic produce, bees and honey and then making a delicious colourful lunch.An experience you couldn’t get at home! Thanks

Can't recommend this class more! Don't book it expecting your traditional cooking class though, where you cut and cook the food yourself. It's much more than that. You'll dive into permaculture, gaining insights into how to grow fruit, herbs and vegetables whilst minimizing human intervention and water usage, how to produce honey sustainably, how you can perserve food through fermentation and how to bring all the flavours together in a dish.We learned so much in the 5 hours spent at Plan B and came out of the class feeling inspired to integrate elements of permaculture in our own gardens and use Anne's recipes and tips in our kitchen.Thank you Pim for your efforts to teach more people about the importance of respecting nature and indigenous communities when cultivating land and your work of reforestation!

The tour around the farm of Plan B and the 3 dish course was probably one of the best experiences during our trip in Colombia. It’s definitely worth the price.Pim as well as Anne are some very authentic and charismatic persons with a great story to tell. In their perma cultural farm you get so much interesting and groundbreaking information about any details of gardening in balance with the nature within and around. You will get the chance to see a nest of some very tiny angel bees and some storytelling about the indigenous history and relicts in this area. Many locals work at this farm as well so it’s not just in balance with nature but also with respect to the indigenous people around and respect to their history.In addition you have a seriously very high kitchen standard and delicious three dish course from all of the diverse ingredients out of their garden.Also will will have some insights into fermentation and other cooking and preservation techniques of Anne. Not just basic ones but also lot’s of details derived from her extensive kitchen experience around the world.

Wir hatten eine Führung für Mittwoch gebucht und wollten mehr über Permakultur Landwirtschaft erfahren und waren total begeistert. Nicht nur was die beiden an Wissen geteilt haben sondern auch die leckeren Gerichte sind ein Michelin Stern wert.Vielen lieben Dank an euch nochmal für die tolle Führung und das leckere Essen.

What a unique experience we had at Plan B. Here in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta mountains near to Minca is an organic farm where you can learn about the farming methods, beekeeping, fermentation and the history of the area. To top off the tour there is a 3 course vegetarian meal to enjoy. If you are in the area do not miss out on this experience.

Passionate people! That was how I would describe Pim and Anne.We partook in the workshop Farm to Table and had a great time learning about permaculture, seeds, plants, honey and bees. Besides that we had a delicious healthy three course lunch and tastings of various fermented products.A must visit while in Minca, usually on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
