Grand Marina Suites

Estoy en este momento en el alojamiento . El desayuno es un caos , no hay reposición hasta que se reclama . No están los elementos de aseo ni de higiene que promete la reserva .Estaba tapada la ducha y se inundó el baño llegando a la habitación . Un paraíso con pésimo servicio. No hay aseo diario , debimos reclamarlo ya que solo al tercer día dijeron que vendrían . Mucho por revisar sobre el servicio , lo considero deficitario .

Es la segunda vez que me hospedaje en este lugar pero esta vez el standar fue más bajo con respecto a la primera vez, salí desilusionado, que pena

If you aré adults with no kids or pets and you aré looking for peace and quite This noisy place Is not for you. Barking and crying Is annoying.The apartments with 2 bedroons aré excellent with a breathtaking View of the ocean and a balcóny to enjoy the crazy breeze.Very beautifully furnished.

Las instalaciones son muy agradables y entregadas en perfecto aseo. Somo tuvimos inconvenientes con la llave de acceso porque no fue activada a tiempo y cuando solicitamos el cambio nos dejaron en el piso esperando, al bajar por la llave, la recepcionista no había activado no enviado la tarjeta (en los pasillos hace mucho calor y estábamos con un niño pequeño).Por demás, vale mucho la pena y la vista de los apartamentos es espectacular.

PERFECT - PERFECTOUn gran lugar para quedarse. El apartamento está completamente amueblado (incluso con lavadora). Es exactamente como en las fotos. Todo el equipo de empleados (reservas, recepción, gestión y limpieza) está muy orientado al cliente. Son muy amables y muy serviciales. También es posible reservar excursiones. Puede utilizar la bonita piscina del hotel AC. En resumen: un excelente lugar para quedarse y definitivamente recomendado.A great place to stay. The apartment is fully furnished (even with washing machine). It's exactly like in the pictures. The entire team of employees (reservation, reception, management and cleaning) is very customer-oriented. They are very friendly and very helpful. It is also possible to book excursions. You can use the nice swimming pool of the AC hotel. In short: a great place to stay and definitely recommended.

Excellent view and staff is very professional, and they make you feel comfortable. It would be good though, for them to clarify their room service policies. Apparently their are 2-3 different concepts at the same location. I was staying in the Apartasuites side, same building but couldn't have room service. Literally around the corner different set of elevators and yes room service. Confusing... same restaurant employees, same food, but I had to sit down at the restaurant and wait for it to be prepared and then take it to my room after paying of course.... while watching same employees wheel a cart of food up the other set of elevators to someone's room....not a good look.

Grand Marina Suites was an amazing hotel/serviced apartment, really well priced, perfectly clean, comfortable beds, great location, secure, really helpful and friendly staff, and if you are used to the Western country feels It is a great place to stay to get the feeling of home and a super comfortable hotel. Also a special thank you to Geraldine for being so helpful, sweet, and becoming our friend, we love you!!!

This is the best place in all of Santa Marta. It is tastefully designer furnished. I like all the little touches of a well-managed place, like little pouches of the local gourmet coffee in the well-equipped kitchen, the luxurious white cotton sheets, and the fluffy white towels. Everything is spotlessly clean. The front desk staff speaks some English and the manager who seems to be always on call speaks fluent English which is an absolute rarity in this town. I have stayed in Santa Marta for almost three months and checked out a number of accommodations. The swimming pool which is shared with the Marriot hotel is comfortably large for even more serious swimmers. If one does not want to leave the building there is access to the Marriot restaurant. But the place is only a short walk to the famous restaurant square Plaza de Novios. The supermarket Carulla, Colombia's answer to Whole Foods is just around the corner.

The best place to stay in Santa Marta. Everything thought out, modern and new. Very comfortable and large apartments. Huge nice beds and top quality linens. Stuff is very helpful and always nice. Great location and unbeatable view! Must visit!

Sin vergüenza s y cara dura! Teníamos una reserva para dos apartamentos, habíamos dejado la paga y señal y el mismo día de la entrada, llamamos para avisar de que estábamos en camino y nos dice la representante que se había equivocado y había hecho la reserva para otro mes y no podía ser. Envés de ayudarnos a buscar una solución, su respuesta es devolvernos la paga y señal sin más ... La verdad que una vergüenza. La verdad que no se merecen ni esta estrella....
