Spirt airlines Damaged my suitcase and they did not take responsibility

Spirit ticket agent put the wrong name and destination on one of our checked bags. Haven’t seen the bag since.

Don't spend your money nor your valued time!First and last time flying with this airline.

There was improper signage in Orlando so I was a minute late and missed my flight yet here in Cartagena somebody’s paperwork wasn’t right and they delayed the flight for 30 minutes so I don’t understand why some people are better than others I would definitely use Spirit as a last resort. There would have to be a few hundred dollar cost savings. Spirit is so ultra petty with their marketing it’s like they’re trying to sell you candies and bottles of water just hustling so hard like they were street urchin beggars. I just don’t get it? Charge the price of the ticket you need to survive and let it go at that stop all the pettiness.

Very Very Bad experience I’m pay for t’he Bag from Cartagena to Orlando florida $65 the bag disappear i made clain none person answer the customer Service IS very bad no profesional . I asked a customer service She play game In the Phone while i asked for help And information for the lost suitcase

The worst experience ever! The worst airline! The service is the soooo bad, traumatized! Never ever eveeeee will ai use this air line again! Its cheap but its not! They will make you pay trust me! Customer service sucks in USA or Colombia! Its not worth all the suffering they will put you through! Do not use this air line, you will regret it!!!

Sillas muy incómodas, lo recomiendo para vuelos cortos ya que te toca retirar tu equipaje y volverlo a ingresar si tienes conexiones; aparte de que si tienes niños te dejan de último y te toca esperar que la tripulación salga para que te entreguen el coche lo cual te hace perder el tiempo. Es low cost pero ideal para personas que viajan solas o vuelos muy cortos.
